Instructions
Step 1
Roast sweet potatoes and broccoli as directed in the Food Prep Guide.
Step 2
Heat the oven to high broil. Place the salmon skin side down on a greased baking sheet and lightly season with salt, pepper, and ground ginger. Broil for about 15 minutes or until it begins to flake.
Step 3
Grease a small frying pan and heat over medium heat. Place the chopped bacon and pecans in the pan and toast for three minutes. Add the pure maple syrup and heat together for about one minute.
Step 4
Top each serving of salmon and sweet potatoes with 1/4 of the caramelized bacon and pecans mixture. Serve with 1/4 of the broccoli on the side.
