Instructions

Step 1
To a crockpot add the chicken, then seasonings
Step 2
Add the veggies and chicken broth. Cook on low 6 hours
Step 3
Cut the hoagie rolls in half, butter each side and toast in a pan until golden brown. Add the chicken and vegetables. Add the cheese on top and put under the broiler until melted.
