Instructions

Step 1

Melt better over medium heat in small saucepan. Add flour, salt & pepper and stir. Pour in cream, stir well. Heat on medium until it starts to get hot. Stir in . cheese, mix well and continue to cook over medium heat for several minutes, stirring frequently. Do not allow to boil or over cook as it will separate. If this happens add a little extra cream, stir and serve.
