Instructions
Step 1
Core, peel, and slice apples.
Step 2
Combine apples and water in large pot. Cook at a simmer until soft
Step 3
Use immersion blend until smooth. Add sugar and spices, and stir to dissolve.
Step 4
Cook at a gentle boil over med-heat (stirring frequently) until thick enough to mound on a spoon.
Step 5
Ladle into jar leaving 1/2" headspace, removing air bubbles.
Step 6
Wipe rim, cover with hot lid, and screw on ring. Water bath 15 min.
