Instructions
Step 1
Blend milk, vanilla yoghurt, protein powder, xhantan gum, salt and cinnamon and freeze
Step 2
Chop the apple into ¼-inch cubes.
In a bowl, mix with sweetener, a few sprinkles of cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
Simmer on the stove (≈ 10 min) or microwave in 30-second bursts (≈ 2 min) until soft.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before using as a mix-in (this prevents melting).
Step 3
Make a hole down to the bottom of the pint with a butter knife and fill with the apple-pie filling.
