Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425

Grease 2 ramekins with butter
Step 3
Melt 1 oz chocolate and 1/4 cup butter together in a double boiler while whisking. Remove from heat.

Whisk in 15ml cocoa powder
Step 5
When cooled whisk in 125ml icing sugar, whole egg, egg yolk
Step 6
Stir in 50ml (3 tbsp + 1 tsp) flour with a spatula
Step 7
Divide batter between ramekins.
Step 8
Place on baking sheet. Put in the center rack of the oven for 12 minutes. When the outer edges are cooked, and the top looks done, but the center is still a bit jiggly.
Step 9
Remove from oven, allow to sit for 2 minutes. Run a metal spatula or butter knife around the edge to loosen it.
Step 10
Invert onto plate. Dust with icing sugar, through a sieve.
