1 ¼ cupsflour
½ cupwhole wheat flour
1 tspbaking soda
½ tspGround nutmeg
2 tspground cinnamon
1 tspground cloves
¼ tspground black pepper
½ tspsalt
Salt
1 tspground cardamom
1 tspground ginger
½ tspground allspice
½ cupvegetable oil
½ cupwhite sugar
½ cupBrown sugar
1can pumpkin puree
1 tspvanilla extract
2eggs
¼ cupmilk
Instructions
Step 1
1.) Spray or oil muffin tins. Preheat oven to 425.

2.) Whisk together flours, spices, baking soda, and salt
Step 3
3.) Mix wet ingredients (oil, sugars, pumpkin, eggs, vanilla, milk) in kitchen aid
Step 4
4.) Add dry ingredients into wet. Mix thoroughly but not too much.
Step 5
5.) Pour evenly into tins. They will look very full. Optional: use a finger to swirl tops into peaks. Bake at 425 for 5 mins, then reduce temperature to 350 and cook for 15-17 mins. Toothpick will come out clean when ready.
