Step 1
Mix shredded rotisserie chicken, bacon, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese together.
Step 2
Added onion powder, garlic pwder, adobo, and ranch seasoning and mix well.
Step 3
Take two wedges of the crescent and pinch together to make one large crescent.
Step 4
Add a large scoop of the chicken mixture and roll and seal on all sides.
Step 5
Mix egg and milk in a bowl.
Step 6
In a separate bowl crush up any crackers or chips you want to coat your chicken pillows with.
Step 7
Dip pillows in the egg mixture then into the cracker mixture and place back on pan.
Step 8
Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Step 9
While chicken pillows are baking make chicken gravy if desired.
Step 10
When they come out of the oven let sit for 5 minutes to cool slightly then enjoy with gravy if desired.
