Step 1
. Blend base: combine milk, yoghurt, protein powder, cocoa, vanilla, salt, and xanthan gum → blend until smooth and frothy.

2. Freeze: transfer to Creami pint and freeze ≥ 24 h.

3. Prep: run under hot water for 60 s.
Step 4
4. Spin: run on Lite Ice Cream → Respin if needed.
Step 5
5. Add mix-ins: create a well and add dark chocolate, caramel syrup, and a spoon of marshmallow fluff or melted marshmallow. 4x marshmallow sugar free.
Step 6
6. Mix-In cycle: run once to fold everything through; the syrup and fluff form gooey swirls just like the original.
Step 7
7. Serve: eat immediately for soft serve or refreeze briefly for scoops.
