Instructions

Step 1
Pulse biscuits until finely blended
Step 2
Combine crumbs with cream cheese with mixer.
Step 3
Roll mixture into tablespoon sized balls with scoop/baller or by hand. Place balls on a sheet and refrigerate for 1 hour or freezer for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Add coconut oil to the chopped chocolate. Microwave in 20 second increments, stirring in between. Let cool for 5 minutes.
