Instructions
Step 1
Cut the rind of your bread, flatten each slice with a rolling pin and with the help of a glass, give each slice a round shape.

Step 2
Add one slice of ham and cheese on top of one bread slice, add another bread slice on top, press the edges together and seal with a fork.

Step 3
In the meantime, beat your egg with a fork, season with salt and pepper and crush your cornflakes with your hands. Place both on two plates.

Cover your Cordon Bleu with egg and crushed cornflakes.
Step 5
Bake in the oven for 15/18 mins or until golden (190C/ 375F). If you have an air fryer, even better! Air fry your Cordon Bleu at the same temperature but for less time (approximately 10 mins). Buon appetito!
