Instructions
Step 1
In a large microwave-safe mug, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Step 2
Add milk, butter (or oil), and vanilla. Stir until smooth — no dry spots!
Step 3
Gently fold in the mixed berries.
Step 4
Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes, depending on your microwave’s power. (Start with 1:30 — it should be set on top but moist inside.)
Step 5
Let it cool for about 1–2 minutes — trust me, it’s lava-hot!
Step 6
Top with a spoon of yogurt, whipped cream, or a dusting of powdered sugar if you’d like.
