Instructions
Step 1
Fill half a quart jar with cranberries.
Step 2
Add 1/4 cup echinacea root.
Step 3
Place 8 slices of ginger into the jar.
Step 4
Add 2 cinnamon sticks.
Step 5
Fill with vodka leaving 2 inches of space.
Step 6
Add honey to fill 1/2 inch of the remaining space.
Step 7
Cover and store for 4-6 weeks.
Step 8
Strain the mixture.
