Preheat oven to 375

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Beat pumpkin and butter in a mixing bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth

Drop batter on parchment paper by the heaping tablespoon 3 inches apart

Bake for 15 minutes, then cool on wire rack

Beat together butter & cream cheese until smooth

Add powdered sugar, marshmallow creme, and seasonings, then beat until combined

Once cake is cooled, frost the flat side and sandwich with a second.
