Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400. Combine all the ingredients for the filling and mix well. Place in a large baking pan and bake for fifteen minutes. Mix well.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix the dry ingredients until fully incorporated. Add the cold margarine to the bowl and use your hands to form into a crumbly mixture. Stir in the egg and mix until the mixture resembles a cookie batter consistency.
Step 3
Spoon small spoonfuls of the batter over the surface of the berry mixture.
Step 4
Bake uncovered for 45-50 min until the tops are deeply golden and the berries and bubbling. Allow the cobbler to cool for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with ice cream.
