Strawberry Peach Crumble

This is the perfect summertime dessert! The blend of sweet peaches and tart strawberries topped with a crisp and flavorful crumble is too good. I like to serve it warm with vanilla ice cream on top!

1 lbstrawberries
½ cupbrown sugar
1 Tbspcornstarch
½ tspcinnamon
½ tspginger

Instructions
Step 1
Start by slicing your washed peaches and strawberries and place them directly into a pie pan. Add the 1/2 cup brown sugar, lemon, cornstarch, and half of the spices. Toss to mix and put aside.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, add room temperature butter, brown sugar, and the rest of the spices. Mix until light and fluffy. Add the flour and salt, and use your hands to mix and create a crumbly texture.
Step 3
Add the crumble topping to the fruits and bake at 375f for 45min, or until the top has nicely browned. Serve it warm and top with ice cream, enjoy!
