Instructions
Step 1
In a medium mixing bowl, add the flour, yogurt, and baking powder. Add the salt (optional) and mix with a wooden spoon.

Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead the dough for a few minutes until a soft dough forms.

Roll the dough and divide it into 4 equal pieces. Shape each dough piece into a ball.
Step 4
Use flour to prevent the dough from sticking and roll each dough piece into a flat circle.
Step 5
Heat a pan to medium-high heat for 3 minutes. When hot, brush each naan with olive oil and garlic. Place the dough in the skillet and let it cook on each side for 2-3 minutes, or until the dough gets dark brown spots and bubbles form. Serve hot, sprinkled with chopped parsley.
