1 Tbspcreole seasoning
1 Tbsponion powder
1 Tbspgarlic power
1 Tbspitalian seasoning
1 Tbspsmoked paprika
1 tsppepper
1 tspsalt

Instructions
Step 1
Marinate chicken pieces in the egg/buttermilk and seasoning mixture for a few hours or overnight for best results.
Step 2
Dredge the chicken in the seasoned flour and cornstarch mixture, pressing firmly to coat.
Step 3
Bake (or fry) the chicken until golden brown and cooked through. 400 degrees, 15 minutes a side.
Step 4
Prepare the hot honey sauce by combining butter, honey, and hot sauce in a small saucepan and simmering for a few minutes.
Step 5
Assemble the sliders on King's Hawaiian sweet rolls (or similar) with the hot honey chicken, possibly some coleslaw or pickles, and a generous sprinkle of lemon pepper seasoning. A garlic-butter mixture can be brushed on the buns before toasting.
