Instructions

Step 1
Add the flour, salt and yogurt into a large mixing bowl.

Mix it around with a spoon then just use your hands to gather it all into a dough, it might not look like it will come together but it doesn’t.


Step 2
Transfer onto floured surface and knead lightly with your hands, and cut into 4.

Shape into even balls with your hands, and then poke a hole through the middle quite wide as they rise!
Step 3
Preheat your air fryer for a few minutes, brush the tray with oil so the dough doesn’t stick, then pop in the bagels leaving space between them.

I brushed with egg wash and I added some seeds and seasoning.

Air fryer on the standard air fry setting at 175c for 15 minutes, all machines vary so keep an eye on them.
