I ended up doing half of these stuffed with about a tsp of light cream cheese and they were delicious as well! Simply roll out formed ball, place small square of cream cheese in the middle and fold sides up to reform ball before baking.

Step 1
Mix flour, yogurt, and salt in a mixing bowl
Step 2
Divide mixture into bite sized balls (should make around 8 balls)
Step 3
If stuffing with cream cheese, follow instructions in notes above
Step 4
Whisk ur egg and brush over each one then top with everything bagel seasoning
Step 5
Bake at 375*F for 12-14 mins
