Instructions
Step 1
In a medium bowl mix together the flour, baking soda and salt.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mash your ripe bananas, and whisk together the eggs, sugar, banana and vegetable oil.
Step 3
add your dry ingredients to the banana mixture and mix until combined.
Step 4
Pour into your baking pan, and cook at 180 degree for 60 min or until you insert a knife into the bread and it comes clean.
Step 5
Let it cool in the pan for about 10 min. Then, transfer it to a cooling rack to finish cooling, about 30 minutes. Tho, I don’t wait that long and just eat warm lol
