Instructions

Step 1
1. Mash all the bananas tilla smooth a pulp 2. Add sugar gradually, whisking till well mixed. 3. Add eggs and oil and mix well 4. Add the dry ingredients, whisking till well mixed 5. Add the milk, mix till a thick batter is formed, add vanilla essence for that kick. 6. Prep a baking tin by coating it with oil or margarine to avoid sticking during baking. 7. Pre-heat your oven at 180degrees for 10mins 8. Pour the batter in the coated baking tin, and bang lightly on a flat surface t ok get rid of the air pockets 9. Bake on the medium rack for even baking for 55-60mins 10. Check if well cooked with a toothpick or chopsticks. Cool and serve with a drink of choice.
