Instructions
Step 1
Slice steak into 1/2 to 3/4 inch pieces parallel to muscle fibers,
Combine salt, pepper, brown sugar in a large bowl
Step 2
Place mixed seasoning at bottom of large storage container,
Add layer of steak,
Add another layer of seasoning,
Repeat until all beef is in containers
Step 3
Marinade for a MINIMUM of 24 hours
Step 4
Grill on medium-high heat - 7-10 minutes each side
