Instructions

Step 1
Place the steak in a large resealable bag with the marinade ingredients. Marinate for at least 3 hours or up to 8 hours for best result.
Step 2
Remove the steak from the fridge 30 minutes before planning to cook.
Step 3
If cooking indoors, use a large cast iron grill pan otherwise grill steak about 6 to 7 minutes per side if using flanks steaks; for other cut of steaks, cook depending on thickness and desired doneness.
Step 4
Let the steak rest 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
Step 5
Serve with gluten free tortillas, sour cream, diced tomatoes, avocados, lime wedges and fresh cilantro. Yum!
