1 cupsugar
2eggs
2 cupsflour
1 teaspoonbaking powder
1 teaspoonbaking soda
½ teaspoonsalt
1 cupsour cream
or buttermilk
1 teaspoonvanilla

Instructions
Step 1
Cream the butter & sugar, add eggs and the flour, powder, sale and soda together. Wisk the sour cream and the vanilla. Put in an 8x8 greased pan and pour just half of the batter in, then sprinkle half of the topping on the top of the batter, then pour the remaining half of the batter in and sprinkle the other half of the topping on the batter. Bake in 325 degree oven for 45 minutes, then 15 minutes at 300 degrees.
