Step 1
Brown Ground Beef with Kosher Salt and Season with Kinders Seasoning
Once Brown Drain Ground beef
Step 2
Shred Onions, Cabbage and Carrots. Sautee all together. Once Cooked down a bit, season with salt, bit of ground beef grease, seasonings and sauces. Measure with your heart.
Step 3
Brown garlic, add ground beef and veggie mixture. Mix til well combine. Add sauces and seasonings if needed
Step 4
Wrap mixture in Lumpia wrappers. Seal with Water or Egg wash. Freeze for atleast an hour up to 6 months.
Step 5

Heat cooking oil to 350. Fry both sides til Gold Brown. Serve with sweet chili sauce or sweet and sauce.
