Instructions
Step 1
Heat up the oils on high heat, add garlic and fry until fragrant (1-2 minutes).
Step 2
Add tomato paste (concentrate), sugar, salt and pepper and stir with a whisk until boiling
Step 3
Add crushed tomatoes and water and let simmer on a lower heat for 2 hours
Step 4
Add oregano and mix in well. Can be stored in a fridge for 2 weeks
