Basil Butter Steaks with Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
4 servings
frozen parmesan and roasted garlic red potato wedges
beef tenderloin steaks
salt
pepper
butter
grape tomatoes
fresh basil
Instructions
Step 1
Bake potato wedges according to package instructions
Step 2
Season steaks with salt & pepper. In a 10 inch cast iron skillet or ovenproof skillet, brown steaks in 2 Tbsp. of butter. Add tomatoes to skillet. Bake, uncovered, at 425, 15-20 minutes. Medium rare should read 135 degrees.
Step 3
In a small bowl, combine basil and remaining butter. Spoon over steaks and serve with potatoes.
