Step 1
Mix chicken, red salsa, taco seasoning, garlic, and onion in crockpot for 4 hours on high
Step 2
Shred chicken
Step 3
Toast rice in butter. Add 1 cup chicken juice to rice. Add 3 and a half cups water. Bring to boil and simmer till done
Step 4
Mix salsa verde and sour cream till warm
