Instructions
Step 1
Puree onion in mixer. Add to meat with its juice. Add seasoning. Knead well.
Step 2
Shape into long rolls marked with finger squeezes.
Step 3
Put in OTG crisper on low shelf. C6 for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Turn the kabab over. Place on high shelf. Return to OTG for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Scatter snoubar or walnuts or raisins and add 5 minutes.
Step 6
Let stand in OTG 5-10 minutes then take out to avoid drying.
Step 7
Serve with raita and yellow rice with or without barberries. Zereshk.
