Delicious key lime pie with a perfect blend of sweet and tangy flavors, and a few of my own personal tweaks. its a little more work than the traditional recipe, but its so worth it!

Ingredients

CRUST:
8Biscoff cookies
4 sheetsgraham crackers
1 teaspoonpumpkin spice powder
⅓ cuppecans
⅓ cupwalnuts
⅓ cupcoconut flakes
⅓ cupdark brown sugar
0.5 stickbutter
cut into 3 pieces
FILLING:
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Step 2
For the crust, mix everything in a food processor. Press the crumb mixture into a baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool for at least 30 minutes.
Step 3
Lower oven temperature to 350°F.
Step 4
Whisk together filling ingredients and then pour into prepared graham cracker crust and bake for 10 minutes. BE CAREFUL NOT TO OVER BAKE, THE FILLING WILL CRACK
Step 5
Let pie cool slightly before chilling. Chill for at least 3 hours.
