Greek Yogurt, Blueberries and Chia Parfait

This Chia Pudding Parfait needs to be made the night before to get the real effect of the Chia seeds swelling with fluid and giving it that jelly like consistency. If your struck for time soak the chia seeds beforehand for about 10-15 minutes (either in water or non/dairy milk) and leave it to chill for about an hour in the fridge.

Instructions
Step 1
Put 4 bowls on the counter.
Step 2
Scoop 1 heaping cup yogurt into each adult bowl, ⅔ cup into each kid bowl.
Step 3
Top with ¾ cup berries (adults) or ½ cup (kids).
Step 4
Sprinkle 2 Tbsp chia on adults, 1 Tbsp on kids. Stir once.
Step 5
Chill until Chia is soft and Jelly like (usually overnight unless they have been pre-soaked)
Step 6
Garnish with Cinnamon
Step 7
Serve with a large glass of water.
