Instructions

For the macarons

Step 1
Whip the egg whites with the granulated sugar until stiff
Step 2
Delicately mix in the sifted powdered sugar, almond powder and cocoa powder into the egg whites and sugar
Step 3
Pipe small round onto your baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Step 4
Drop the pan onto the table 5 times (to release bubbles)
Step 5
Let the macarons dry for about 30 minutes (until a crust forms on the surface)
Step 6
Bake at 160C for 15 minutes
Step 7
Let cool completely before filling with the ganache

For the ganache

Step 8
Melt the chocolate
Step 9
Add the cream
Step 10
Let sit in the fridge overnight before using
