Family favorite created by mashing several recipes together. Seasonings are approximations because I don't like washing measuring spoons 🤷♀️

Instructions
Step 1
Cook rice (with cilantro) as directed on package.
Step 2
Oil an oven safe skillet (12 inch) and set on medium heat. Brown sausage then add seasonings, garlic, and vegetables.
Step 3
Once meat and vegetables are cooked, mix in rice (and optional can of beans for extra oomph). Sprinkle cheese over top.
Step 4
Place skillet in oven under broiler or at 350° until cheese is melted and bubbly.
