Instructions
Step 1
1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
Step 2
2. Using your hands, mix together thoroughly.
Step 3
3. Shape mixture in to 2 in balls.
Step 4
4. When sauce has cooked for 2 – 3 hours, add meatballs. (they will finish cooking in the sauce).
Step 5
5. Cook sauce for an additional 30 minutes to hour, stirring occasionally (be careful not to break up the meatballs) till the sauce is thick, and the meats are tender.
Step 6
6. Remove meats from sauce, to separate serving plates.
Step 7
7. Toss your choice of cooked pasta with the sauce, and serve the meats on the side.
