Instructions

Split the Vanilla Beans:

Using a sharp knife, split each vanilla bean lengthwise to expose the tiny black seeds inside.

Scrape & Mix:

Scrape out the seeds and mix them into the sugar using a fork or clean fingers to evenly distribute them.
Step 5
Add the Pods:

Cut the used pods into smaller pieces and bury them in the sugar for extra infusion.
Step 7
Seal & Store:
Step 8
Place the mixture into an airtight glass jar or container. Let it sit for at least 1–2 weeks before use, shaking occasionally.
