Instructions
Step 1
Cook sausage with sage, thyme, mustard, salt, pepper, allspice and lemon juice until browned and cooked through
Step 2
Mix in flour until fully incorporated
Step 3
Add milk. Bring to a boil, then reduce head and simmer until thick and barely runs
Step 4
Flatten biscuit dough to create a hole to fill with gravy. Top with cheese then seal closed
Step 5
Bake according to dough instructions
