Step 1
Make sure eggs are room temperature. Preheat oven to 350°. Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Begin melting butter.

Whisk together almond flour, baking soda, sweetener, and salt. Set aside.
Step 3
In a separate smaller bowl, mix wet ingredients in a bowl. Whisk melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients until dough forms. Fold in chocolate chips.
Step 4
Press the dough evenly into the baking pan. Bake for 22 minutes, or until golden brown.
Step 5
Cool & Serve
Let cool completely before slicing into bars.
