Instructions

Step 1
Cook 2 carrots and 2 celery with the prime rib. In a sauce pan, mix 4tbsp grease from prime rib with 1tsp flour. And heat until boiling.
Step 2
Drain most of the rest of the grease from the pan used to cook the prime rib. Add 1 1/2 cups of the water with the bouillon mixed in to the cooking pan with the carrots and celery and stir until most of the drippings become liquid. Strain and add liquid to the sauce pan.
Step 3
Add the rest of the water bullion mixture to the saucepan and bring to a boil. Turn heat all the way down and keep warm on the stove until everyone is served.
