Instructions

Step 1
Cook rice according to directions on package. Set aside to cool completely.
Step 2
While rice cooks, combine chicken broth and vegetables and bring to a boil. Add chicken.
Step 3
Reduce heat and simmer approx. 30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
Step 4
Once soup and rice are cooked completely, add rice to soup.
Step 5
Heat and serve or freeze.
