Instructions

Step 1
Steam or boil the broccoli for 3–4 minutes until just tender. Drain well and chop finely. In a bowl, combine broccoli, cheese, eggs, flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until thick and scoopable Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Scoop about 2 tablespoons per fritter into the pan and gently flatten. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Great on their own or with yogurt dip, sour cream.
