Instructions
For Custard
Step 1
Add these ingredients to a jar and shake to combine.
Step 2
Add the milk and shake - do not turn to butter.
Step 3
Pour into pan and heat up - do not overheat.
Step 4
Pour into ramekins and use a lighter to burst any bubbles on surface.
Step 5
Bring pot of water to boil and and turn heat to low before placing in the ramekins and steaming for 10 minutes (should still be jiggly).
Step 6
Transfer ramekins to fridge dor about an hour.
For Flan Syrup
Step 7
Melt about a tablespoon of sugar in pot until caramel in colour and thin oit with a splash of water.
Step 8
Sprinkle sugar on top and melt with a blow tourch.
