Step 1
1. Blend cottage cheese until completely smooth.

2. In a bowl, whisk together cottage cheese, melted butter, brown sugar, white sugar, egg whites, and vanilla until glossy.

3. In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients: flour, protein powder, baking soda, salt.

4. Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients just until combined; do not overmix.

5. Fold in chocolate chips.

6. Chill dough 30–45 minutes (helps with scoop shape and spread).

7. Scoop cookies using a 30 mm scoop onto a parchment-lined tray. Space evenly (~5 cm apart).

8. Bake in Ninja Combi on Bake + Steam mode (pre-set steam, low/medium) at 160°C / 320°F for 10–12 minutes, checking at 9 minutes.

9. Bake until edges are set, centers are slightly soft, and tops are pale.

10. Cool cookies on the tray for 5 minutes before moving them to a cooling rack.
