In a large mixing bowl, add cooled melted butter, white sugar, and brown sugar. Whisk ingredients well until sugar and butter are fully combined.

Next, add in 1 whole large egg, 1 egg yolk, and vanilla extract. Whisk ingredients well until fully combined and smooth.

In a separate bowl, sift and add in flour, then add baking soda and salt.

Combine the flour mixture with the first bowl mixture and use a wooden or silicone spatula.

Add in White Chocolate Chips & Macadamia Nuts and mix in well. Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 350F.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Dough should be slightly chilled but easily able to scoop. If dough is hard, allow dough to come to room temperature before scooping out. Scoop out dough with an ice cream scoop or at least 3 tablespoons worth of dough and place on a baking sheet.

Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
