Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees

Melt chocolate + butter together (microwave 30 sec bursts or stovetop).

Whisk in sugar while warm.
Step 4
Whisk in egg until glossy and smooth.
Step 5
Fold in GF flour, cocoa, salt.
Step 6
Pour into skillet, smooth top.
Step 7
Sprinkle a few extra chocolate chunks on top.
Step 8
Bake 8 to 10 minutes
