Instructions

Step 1
1. Toss zucchini, carrots, and cauliflower with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper;

roast at 400°F for 20-25 minutes.

2. Season steak with salt and pepper and sear in 1 tbsp avocado oil until well

3. Stir basil and garlic into warm pan drippings or 1 tsp avocado oil.
