Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 150c
Step 2
Grease 8inch cake tin
Step 3
Sift flour, salt and caster sugar into a bowl
Step 4
Rub in butter to fine crumbs and form soft dough
Step 5
Lightly press dough into cake tin, mark into 8 pieces and prick all over with a fork
Step 6
Bake for 40-45 minutes until firm and lightly golden
Step 7
Leave to cool and sprinkle with caster sugar
