Pork loin in onion gravy

Instructions

Step 1
Season pork with salt and pepper and brown over medium-high heat in olive oil for 3-4 minutes per side.
Step 2
Remove pork and cover. Add butter and onion to pan and cook over low heat until caramelized . Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Step 3
Add flour to pan and cook until browned. Add stock slowly and deglaze. Add worcestershire sauce and thyme.
Step 4
Return pork to pan and simmer until pork is cooked through to 145 drgrees.
