Instructions

Step 1
Add 1 tbsp salt, shake well, rest for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Remove all the water come from carrot, rinse well through water.
Step 3
Add 3 tbsp sugar, shake well, rest 30 minutes. (Aftee this step, I weight and see carrot is 420 gram, will review receipt and update next time). Then put carrot into a jar.
Step 4
Cook the pickle liquid: 150 gram sugar, 200ml vinegar 5%, 100ml water => Cook until sugar dissolves, leave the liquid cool down to room temperature. Then add to the jar in step 3. Best to leave for 1 day before serving.
