Instructions
Step 1
Cover sultanas with water in pot and bring to boil 3 mins. Break eggs into basin with sugar and beat well. Add essences, flour and baking powder. Pour water off Sultanas, add butter. Let melt and add to mixture in bowl and mix.
Step 2
Bake 90min at 180C (170C fan)
